These looks really good, i'm wondering if i'll like it once I tasted it just because it looks good 🤔. Sushi used fresh but raw fish no? I never really tried them yet. But I want to, someday maybe.

        Some people feel uncomfortable eating raw fish, which is understandable due to safety issues, smells, tastes, and other concerns. As you mentioned, 'fresh' is a very important keyword when it comes to eating raw fish!
