The important of eating healthy can never be overemphasized, like you listed too much salt , sugar and co have side effects and we should limit their usage and prioritize eating healthy meal like fruit and fresh vegetables.

Those things cause serious side effects in the long run when eaten in excess, which is why it's important to strike a balance and increase the consumption of fruits which are more nutritious. Thanks for stopping by sir
