Have you ever tried Raw banana or plantain stir fry. In Andhra Pradesh we get so many recipes of raw banana. Like banana Chips, banana stir fry, banana curry, banana fritters etc.
Today I am sharing a recipe of banana stir fry. It is the simpliest and less time consuming recipe. We can have this with rice and dal. This is delicious 😋.
The raw banana is rich in Protein and vitamins
Lets see how to make the Raw banana stir fry.
Ingredient
💫raw banana-3
💫oil- 2tbspn
💫redchili powder-½tspn
💫greenchili powder-3
💫turmeric powder -½tspn
💫curry leaves- 5
💫Asofoedita -pinch of
💫Salt -to tje taste
💫dry mango powder-½ts0n
💫coriander powder-1tspn
METHOD
- Peel raw banana.
2.then in a big bowl of water cut the banana
- Now heat oil in a kadhai.
4.add cumin seeds, greenchilies, curry leaves and asafoedita
5.further add the bananas
6.add turmeric powder and salt give a nice mix. Cook for 10mins or until they are cooked well.
7.then add redchili powder, salt and coriander powder.
8.give a nice mix then add dry mango powder.
Cook for more 5 mins and off the flame.
9.its ready to serve.
Transfer the stir fry in a bowl and have it anytime.
You can simply have this in snack time if you want to munch.
