Potatoes and peas vegetable

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog for creative-sunday in @hivelearners . Today I am late for posting my recipe blog in the community because I forgot but it's ok . I want to share my recipe which is potatoes and peas vegetable . Peas is not my favourite vegetable but my mother likes very much so they asked me for cooking this vegetable . It's very simple and easy in cooking using daily spices and Ingredients that I will share . So let's start the process .

Ingredients

Half kg potatoes

Half kg peas

Two big size onions

Tomato

Green chillies

Ginger garlic paste

Spices
Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Black pepper

Cumin seeds

Dry coriander

Garam masala

Green coriander

Process

First I cut potatoes into small pieces and took out seeds of peas then washed them and prepared other ingredients like ginger garlic paste onions .

I fried onions in the oil and stir spatula . Then added ginger garlic paste in the onions and cut tomato also in it .

Later on I added whole spices like salt black pepper turmeric red chilli grind coriander and garam masala and half glass water for cooking . Then I added cut vegetables in the gravy and mixed well .

I cooked vegetables potato and peas adding one and half glass water . When gravy dry and oil left my recipe is ready because I served it with wheat flatbread at dinner time . At the last I spread green coriander .
