
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog . I hope you guys all are well and enjoying Sunday with delicious food . As usual today I am also here for a new recipe also for creative-sunday in @hivelearners . Mutton is my favourite meat so today Sunday so I thought to cook it in special and different style . I cooked Mutton dumpukt or you can called slow cooked steamed mutton . Hope you will like . So let's start the process .
Ingredients
One kg mutton with bone
Onions
Two garlic bulb
Two small pieces of ginger
Three tomato
Green chillies as your taste
Spices
Oil
Black pepper
Salt
Two glass water
Turmeric
Cumin seeds
Process
First I took out mutton from the fridge then washed under water . It's already cleaned and washed well then I stored in the fridge . I took clay pot for more taste . Slow cooked mutton cooked very delicious in the clay pot .


Now I started to layers mutton ingredients and spices in the clay pot . I put first mutton pieces then onions and garlic . At second layer I again put mutton pieces tomato and green chillies .


At the last step I spread oil half cup salt black pepper red chilli and turmeric . Then added two glass water covered with lid of po . I covered lid with flour so steam could not come out .



I put on slow flame one and half hour . Mutton cooked in the steam very well . So I opened it after required time . And mutton dumpukt is ready for serving . I mashed tomato and took out ginger garlic pieces .
