This weekend means not a holiday, it means a lot of work. I try to do everything today and let mom rest. She works a lot and she also needs a holiday but she helps me every Sunday. I said go and rest but he said you helped me whole week and now I help you. I finish my housework and it's time to make lunch for my lovely family. Today I make chicken karrai. At first I didn't know how to make it but now I'm an expert 😁😁 I make it in a very simple way. However, man finds an easy way.

Ingredients
- Chicken 1kg
- Onion (2 or 3)
- Paste (mixture of red chili, tomato and ginger)
- Water (2 to 3 cup used)
- Oil (two spoon)
- Salt (two spoon)
- Red chili (two spoon)
- Turmeric powder (half spoon)
- Coriander
- Hot masla (mixture of black pepper, cumin, dried coriander etc)
Process
Step 1
Wash 1 kg of chicken

Step 2
Now we cut the onion and grind it.

Put this onion paste in a pan and add half a cup of water and let it absorb all the water

Till then we grind it with ginger, green chillies and tomatoes

Now, all the water has been absorbed by it.

Add two tablespoons of oil

Add half a spoon of turmeric powder for color

Add two spoons of red pepper

Add two spoons of salt

Add green chillies, tomatoes and ginger paste

Add half a cup of water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes

Add the chicken and mix well. Cook on low for 5 minutes

Add half a cup of water and cook for 10 minutes

Add coriander

Add a spoonful of hot spices (mixture of black pepper, cumin, dry coriander etc.) and cook for 10 minutes
