Hello, friends greetings and happy Sunday to you. I hope you all enjoying some creativity for Creative-Sunday. Thank you to the #hivelerner community for giving us an opportunity to share our creativity.

This is not really a big cooking or recipe this is the simple salad that we make every day for our dinner. Just collect vegetables, cut them, and put them together use some dressing and finish.
Normally making salad is not very big work but using creativity. making food is art and presentation is creativity, which makes happy to cooks and eaters.
Every time I make salads for dinner or lunch, each time make it a bit more attractive with a little creative presentation.
Today here is one of them how I organized vegetables using little creativity. I planned it after seeing the colors of Beetroot.

Ingredients:
It is not very expensive vegetables
1 beetroot
1 red paprika
1 small apple
2 small cucumbers
4 baby carrots
1/2 cup maize corn
6-7 cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
100 grams of green beans

For dressing:

1 tsp mustard
1 1 tbsp olive oil
2 pinches of salt
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of black pepper.

Steam peeled beetroot

Cut paprika in slices, slice beetroot, and slice onion, and tomatoes in halves. Cucumber and carrot in round slices or oval shape.Apple in slices.

Steam green beans

Start arranging beetroot

slice in the bottom of the plate.

Then paprika slices and tomato halves.

Put maize corn in the center.

And arrange other vegetables according to choice. extra garnished with calendula flower petals
I arranged it like this.

Making dressing mix mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, lemon juice and blend it nicely

serve with separate dressing.

Or spread it before 5 minutes to serve.

Enjoy it at any gathering party or even every day with your own creativity.

Wow the presentation is so amazing. How did you arrange it so well?, this can only come come a very creative mind. Well done.
Oh and I didn't know beetroots looked that way, I though they were red all around. Didn't they had yellow spots. I also haven't tasted it so I wouldn't know how it tastes.

Thank you for your nice compliment. they taste like same as normal beetroot but more astringent than sweeter. and no yellow spot we have three types of beetroot yellow, red, and red white marble. :)

This salad is very famous in Asia. I love the final dish you made. Cherry tomatoes has different taste with onions.

yes, we use more cucumber tomatoes, carrots, and onions for making salads. Here are more possibilities but sometimes I blend culture and get my new invention. Thanks for stopping by.
