This is not really a big cooking or recipe this is the simple salad that we make every day for our dinner. Just collect vegetables, cut them, and put them together use some dressing and finish.
Normally making salad is not very big work but using creativity. making food is art and presentation is creativity, which makes happy to cooks and eaters.
Every time I make salads for dinner or lunch, each time make it a bit more attractive with a little creative presentation.
Today here is one of them how I organized vegetables using little creativity. I planned it after seeing the colors of Beetroot.
Ingredients:
It is not very expensive vegetables
1 beetroot
1 red paprika
1 small apple
2 small cucumbers
4 baby carrots
1/2 cup maize corn
6-7 cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
100 grams of green beans
For dressing:
1 tsp mustard
1 1 tbsp olive oil
2 pinches of salt
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of black pepper.
Steam peeled beetroot
Cut paprika in slices, slice beetroot, and slice onion, and tomatoes in halves. Cucumber and carrot in round slices or oval shape.Apple in slices.
Steam green beans
Start arranging beetroot
slice in the bottom of the plate.
Then paprika slices and tomato halves.
Put maize corn in the center.
And arrange other vegetables according to choice. extra garnished with calendula flower petals
I arranged it like this.
Making dressing mix mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil, lemon juice and blend it nicely
serve with separate dressing.
Or spread it before 5 minutes to serve.
Enjoy it at any gathering party or even every day with your own creativity.
