Hello friends. Welcome to hive learners creative Sunday. I have really missed Sharing my special recipes with the house and am happy that I am doing it again today.

For this Sunday we shall be looking at how to make grandnut milk. Also called Kunun gada in Hausa language. Making this milk is very easy and also simple. I will be sharing the recipe and also guide us on how to do it by sharing the video of my own. I believe that it will be better if you watch it
Recipe 👇
Grandnut

4 cups
Rice

1 cup
Tamarind: samiya in hasua

It looks like sugar, but is not. You just need a little of it.
Sugar

You add the sugar when you want to take the milk. Add to your taste.
Pap

If you need it to be very tick, then you add the pap to your taste.
WE START
Soak the grandnut in cold water for about 4 hours


Wash and take it for blending 👇

Add water and sieve it to remove the chaff 👇


Pour it in a clean pot and put it on fire 👇

Let it boil for thirty minutes. Wash the rice and add👇

Allow the rice to be very soft. Add your samiya to your taste. Allow it to boil for the next five minutes. Bring it down and add the pap. Stire to mix very well.
Your grandnut milk is ready to be taken with either moimoi or akara.
