I wanted coffee but I didn't want to brew any and i wanted it to taste good, So i went out and decided to try a little bakery cafe i spotted a week or so ago, called Panifício.
My plan was to get a coffee and be on my way but I saw they had excellent looking baked goods so i had to grab one.
I didn't expect her to put chocolate syrup on top of it but i did not complain! I very much enjoyed this little solo outing and was ready to start my day.
This place also had a gringo friendly menu with breakfast options. I asked about the breakfast stuff and she said "no, only the bakery"
The woman working was funny though. I had a favela weed sticker on the back of my phone, and she saw it through the semi-transparent iphone case when my phone was sitting on the table upside down, and made a notion towards it with a smoking hand signal and we shared a laugh about it.
My card didn't work here for some reason but luckily i had some cash, which now, i do not have any left of.
