This time I'm going to Mula Cafe, one of the most famous cafes in Medan. It's a beautiful, comfortable cafe, with good service and delicious food and drinks. This isn't my first time here, maybe my third. I really like this cafe, it's so nice to be here.
There are various food and beverage options here, including main courses, snacks, desserts, coffee, non-coffee drinks, tea, and refreshing drinks. You can order online by scanning the barcode on the table, or you can also call the waiter to order. But since I find it easier to order online, I'll just order online and pay using the QR code.
This time I ordered a portion of food, Rice Bowl and a cup of drink, iced coffee.
Rice Bowl Coca Cola Chicken
For food, I ordered the Coca-Cola Chicken Rice Bowl, which is rice with boneless chicken seasoned with a sweet and spicy sauce. The chicken is fried in flour, then seasoned with a sweet and spicy sauce. Because it is boneless, it is very easy to eat. There is also a half-cooked omelet, so it still looks melted but not fishy. And also rice mixed with seaweed.
This is very delicious, rice mixed with seaweed is one of my favorites, then with crispy and delicious chicken pieces, delicious sauce and especially if the egg is mixed with the rice. This is very delicious. With sprinkled chili pieces makes this food even more delicious, spicy, sweet and savory.
Ice Cinnamon Coffe
Now on to the drinks, this is the main menu this time. Iced Cinnamon Coffee, this is one of the signature menus here and also the menu that I ordered this time. Cinnamon coffee sounds very interesting, right?
As the name suggests, cinnamon coffee has a slightly spicy flavor. It's a delicious coffee with milk and cinnamon syrup, with a uniquely delicious flavor. I've tried several coffees at Mula Cafe, and I find them all delicious, as is the one I ordered this time.
A blend of bitter, sweet, and spicy flavors, as well as warm and cold flavors. Very unique, I've had cinnamon coffee before, but only warm, and it turns out the iced one is also delicious. It still has a warm taste, but it's refreshing. They also use good quality coffee, which is why all the coffee here is delicious.
