Siempre para degustar una comida, las mismas la hay en una gran variedad, mas cuando dicha comida se trata de un guisado de arroz con carne de res que se cocina en poco minutos y la verdad amigo la misma sale muy rica, teniendo en cuenta que su proseso es el siguiente, tomamos una olla la cual la agregamos en la hornalla de la cocina, luego le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla y ajo cortados en trozos pequeños, luego agregamos la carne de res cortada en trozos pequeños, le agregamos sal a gusto y dejamos que se cocine bien.

Cuando notamos que lo antes mencionado ya esta cocinado, lo revolvemos muy despacio y le vamos agregando agua caliente, un
caldo de carne y volvemos a revolver muy bien todo, para luego agregar en manera pausada el arroz y revolviendolo muy despacio, para que no se formen grumos y una ves que el arroz esta cocinado es ahi cuando ya tenemos dicho guisado listo para degustarlo.
