Hello everyone, and good morning! To start this lovely day, I want to share today's star breakfast: oatmeal with cinnamon. It might not be everyone's favorite breakfast, but it's essential for good cardiovascular health and also improves digestion. In these cases, oatmeal with cinnamon is one of the best breakfast choices because of its nutrients and fiber, which aid digestion. Oatmeal itself is a food that satisfies hunger and can help keep us energized throughout the day. That's why I started eating oatmeal for breakfast, not only to improve my health but also to maintain consistent energy levels. Sometimes I skip breakfast, and most breakfasts are based on bread flour, which isn't very healthy. Oatmeal has become my best option lately. Today, I want to share how I cook oatmeal with cinnamon for a healthy breakfast.
Materiales/Materials

- 3 cucharadas de avena
- 1/2 cucharada de canela
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1/2 de leche
- 1 taza de agua
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of water
Paso a paso
Step by step

Paso 1/Step 1
First, in a not-too-large pot, I placed a cup of water and a teaspoon and a half of cinnamon powder. I made oatmeal just for myself, so that would be enough for one serving.

Paso 2/Step 2
After the cinnamon water was boiling, I added three tablespoons of oats, and let it cook in the cinnamon water until the oats softened a little.

Paso 3/Step 3
When the oats were a little softer, I added half a cup of milk, which already had sugar in it. The sugar I added was one tablespoon because I didn't want it to be too sweet.

Paso 4/Step 4
To ensure the ingredients blended well, I let everything cook while stirring the oats to prevent burning.

Once it was ready, I served it on a plate and all that was left was to enjoy a delicious breakfast. I hope you liked the recipe so you can also make some oatmeal with cinnamon. Until next time! 👋
