Buenas noches apreciados amigos de esta comunidad,hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un postre venezolano como lo es el Quesillo,está vez lo hice sabor a vainilla porque es el más usual aunque también se hace de café,de coco,de catuche y otras frutas.
Aquí los ingredientes a utilizar.
Good evening, dear friends of this community. Today I want to share a Venezuelan dessert with you: Quesillo. This time I made it with a vanilla flavor—the most common variety—though it can also be made with coffee, coconut, catuche (soursop), and other fruits.
Here are the ingredients I’ll be using.

Ya con los ingredientes fui tomando las medidas necesarias como lo fué:
Once I had the ingredients, I took the necessary steps, such as:
1 taza y media de leche en polvo
1 taza de agua.
6 huevos
1 taza de azúcar
2 cucharadas de vainilla
2 cucharadas de ron
Coloqué todo en la licuadora y bati por unos minutos.
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 cup water
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 tablespoons rum
I put everything in the blender and blended for a few minutes.
Después tomé los envases de mantequilla y les fuí colocando caramelo,el cual yo tengo ya preparado en la nevera para cualquier ocasión que se me presente ya está listo.
Then, I took the butter containers and added caramel to them—I keep some ready in the fridge so it’s all set for whenever the need arises.
Después de colocar el caramelo en cada envase procedo a verter la mezcla en cada uno de ellos .
After placing the caramel in each container, I proceed to pour the mixture into each of them.
Les coloco las tapas y llevo a la olla con el agua hirviendo por 20 minutos.
I put the lids on them and place them in the pot of boiling water for 20 minutes.
Aquí los tapé para que la cocción sea más eficaz.
I covered them here so they would cook more efficiently.
Cumplido el tiempo ,apago el fuego y retiro los envases de la olla,los destapo ,introduzco un cuchillo y salió limpio como señal que estaban listos
Once the time was up, I turned off the heat and removed the containers from the pot; I uncovered them and inserted a knife, which came out clean, indicating they were ready.
Volteo el envase en un plato y así fui desmoldado cada uno,fueron 3.
I turned the container over onto a plate and unmolded each one that way—there were three of them.
Luego me hice una selfie ,la cual me fué incómodo hacer y la foto quedó movida, pero quería mostrarme con mi quesillo.
Then I took a selfie—which was awkward to do, and the photo turned out blurry—but I wanted to show myself with my quesillo.
