Feliz noche amigos de hive, un gusto saludarles y compartir con todos ustedes, para esta ocasión les voy a mostrar como preparé una deliciosa tortilla con vegetales, papa, brócoli y cebolla, súper facil de hacer y bien sabor, está la realicé para mi almuerzo del día de hoy, lo acompañe con espagueti, espero les guste.

For this occasion, I'm going to show you how I prepared a delicious vegetable tortilla with potatoes, broccoli, and onions. It's super easy to make and tastes great. I made it for lunch today and served it with spaghetti. I hope you like it.
Deliciosa Tortilla con papa, brócoli y cebolla 🥔🥦🧅
Ingredientes
1 papa
1/4 cebolla blanca
Brócoli
4 huevos
Aceite
Sal y pimienta a gusto
Delicious Potato, Broccoli, and Onion Tortilla 🥔🥦🧅

Preparación
1.Primero vamos a lavar, pelar y cortar en rodajas la papa, luego freír, también lavar y ablandar en agua caliente el brócoli, cortar en rodajas la cebolla.

1.First, wash, peel, and slice the potato. Then, fry it. Also, wash and soften the broccoli in hot water, and slice the onion.
2.Colocar en un bol los huevos, agregar la sal y pimienta, batir con un tenedor.

3.Seguidamente agregar a la mezcla de huevos, las papas fritas, cebolla y brócoli, cortados y remover.

4.Luego poner a calentar una sartén pequeña, agregar aceite y agregar toda la mezcla, cocinar a fuego bajo y tapado.

5.Despues de unos minutos, que los huevos hayan cuajado, voltear y cocinar por unos minutos el otro lado, retiramos del fuego y listo para servir y degustar.
