INGREDIENTS/ INGREDIENTES
- Pollo/ Chicken
- Lechuga/ Lettuce
- Cebolla/ Onion
- Mayonesa o yogurt/ Mayonnaise or yogurt
- Limón/ Lemon
- Salsa inglesa/ Worcestershire sauce
- Ajo/ Garlic
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, cortaremos nuestro pollo cortado en cuadros le daremos sabor con pimienta negra y sal.
To start, we will cut our chicken into squares and season it with black pepper and salt.
Seguimos dandole sabor con unas gotas de salsa inglesa y salsa de soya.
We continue to flavor it with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
En otro lado, en una bandeja con un poco de aceite de oliva pondremos a freír la cebolla en cuadros por unos 3-4 minutos hasta que estén blandas.
On another side, in a pan with a little olive oil, we will fry the diced onion for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
Luego le agregaremos el pollo preparado anteriormente.
Dejamos cocinar hasta que esté en su punto.
