- Pollo/ Chicken
- Salsa de tomate/ Tomato sauce

- Harina de trigo/ Wheat flour
- Agua/ Water
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
- Ajo/ Garlic
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, preparemos los muslos de pollo dándoles sabor con pimienta negra y sal al gusto.
No nos olvidemos de ajo picado.

También le daremos sabor con unas gotas de salsa inglesa.

Para que el pollo se coloque más crujiente le agregaremos harina de trigo al gusto junto a un poco de agua.

Antes de freír el pollo, lo pasamos por harina de trigo para así colocar cada muslo en un sartén con suficiente aceite.

Para terminar, cocinaremos las papas fritas y a comer!
