- Cebolla/ Onion
- Harina de trigo/ Wheat flour
- Orégano
- Cúrcuma en polvo/ Turmeric powder
- Pimienta negra/ Black pepper
- Sal/ Salt
PROCEDURE/ PROCEDIMIENTO
Para empezar, cortaremos nuestra cebolla y sacaremos las capas que serán nuestros aros.
En un bowl con una taza de harina de trigo le daremos sabor con pimienta negra, orégano y cúrcuma en polvo al gusto.
To start, we'll chop our onion and remove the layers that will become our rings.
In a bowl with a cup of wheat flour, we'll flavor it with black pepper, oregano, and turmeric powder to taste.
Le agregaremos agua hasta tener una consistencia espesa.

Luego agarremos cada aro de cebolla y lo pasaremos por harina de trigo primero para que pegue mejor la mezcla.
Then we take each onion ring and roll it in wheat flour first so that the mixture sticks better.
Teniendo los aros listos, pasaremos cada uno por la mezcla hecha anteriormente.

Para terminar, cubierto el aro lo colocamos en un sartén con aceite hirviendo hasta que estén dorados y crujientes. Así haremos con cada aro.
