I decided to venture to a stall near my house, where there is a man who sells seafood products that are sometimes very expensive. Arriving at the fish market, I was surprised by the affordable prices and the freshness of the products on display, I was very lucky to get mackerel and squid. I watched as the fishmonger cleaned the fish with dexterity, a skill that made me appreciate the art of cooking even more. After a couple of minutes of exploring, I chose a carite that the gentleman cleaned and prepared with great skill and some squid that looked like it had just been brought from the ocean. When I saw them, I remembered those summer days at the beach, when my family and I enjoyed a barbecue by the sea. What fond memories!
De regreso a casa, el proceso de cocinar me llenó de alegría. Mientras limpiaba y preparaba los ingredientes, cada movimiento en la cocina me hacía revivir esos momentos especiales.
