Have you ever fried eggplant using water?

In this post, we will learn how to fry eggplants using water and oil and use less oil.
Peel the eggplants and cut them into the sizes we want.
Pour oil into a frying pan and add about half a cup of water when it is slightly hot.
Place the sliced eggplants in the frying pan and cover it. Set the heat to medium. After a few minutes, when one side of the eggplants is fried, turn them over so that the other side is fried as well.
There is no need to add water for the second side.
The eggplants are fried and cooked in this way.

I prepared a simple dish with the eggplants that I fried, and I will share the cooking method with you.
In the same pan where we fried the eggplants, add a little tomato paste to the oil and fry until the color of the paste appears in the oil.
Add a glass of water.
Peel, wash, and slice a potato and place it in the pan.
After ten minutes, add the eggplants and you can also cut one or two tomatoes in half and add them to the dish.
Reduce the heat under the pan, put the pan in the pan, and let it cook for about a quarter of an hour.
Now our dish is ready.
For this dish, I only used salt, but you can also use turmeric and pepper.
