Ingredients:
Half a package of pasta
One onion
Two tablespoons of dried soybeans
Three tablespoons of paste
Salt, pepper, and turmeric
First, pour two tablespoons of dried soybeans into a container and pour hot water over them, along with salt, turmeric, pepper, and any spices you like. I only used salt and turmeric.
I grated and fried an onion until the soybeans were tender.
After frying the onions, I added the soybeans, which had absorbed the water, to the onion. And fry them.
Add three tablespoons of tomato paste and fry them.
Pour a glass of water and stir and let it boil.
Pour water in another pot and let it boil.
After the water boils, add half a package of pasta to the pot.
After 7 minutes, drain the macaroni.
Pour oil into the bottom of the pot and place a thin slice of bread.
Now add a layer of pasta, then a layer of pasta ingredients and stir a little.
Continue like this until all the pasta and ingredients are in the pot and stir.
Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
Our food is ready.
