THE FACT THAT IT IS WHEN THE FAMILY
FINDS ALL UNITED AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE, BECAUSE
THE WEEKDAY ROUTINE DOES NOT EXIST.
Menciono de esta manera el encuentro de la familia, toda
reunida un domingo para compartir un exquisito asado, con
ensalada y con postre, en este caso heldado.

I mention in this way the family gathering, all

Bueno el asado propiamente dicho consiste en tiras de costilla
de carne de res a la parrilla, en donde luego de encender el
fuego y estando las brasas agregamos la carne para que se cocine
todo muy bien, quedando como lo vemos en la fotografia, tambien
un sabrosa ensalada la cual contiene, lechuga, tomate, apio,
pepino y condimentada con sal a gusto y aceite de oliva, bueno
limon a gusto y tambien farofa, que consiste en mandioca o yuca
rallada, la cual le da un excelente sabor a la cartne.

Well, the actual barbecue consists of strips of beef ribs.

a delicious salad which contains lettuce, tomato, celery,

En esta ocacion amigos rompimos el protocolo, porque despues de
la comida, degustamos un sabroso postre el cual consiste en
helado de granizado, frutilla y vainilla con nuez, lo cual
hace que se aciente bien el almuerzo.

On this occasion, friends, we broke the protocol because after
the meal, we tasted a delicious dessert which consists of
shaved ice cream, strawberry and vanilla with walnut, which
makes lunch settle well.
Como lo mencione amigos que hermoso es degustar una comidaçcomo esta un dia domingo, junto a nuestros seres queridos, en lo personal todo esto son cosas que nos queda en el recuerdo y
tambien en la historia familiar.
