El mismo procedimiento hacemos con la olla con agua para cocinar la mandioca o yuca, la cual como se ve en esta fotografia ya estan cocinadas, muy sabrosas por cierto.

Lo que mas me gusta de la cocina, se trata de pollo al horno, bien condimentado y cocinado hasta que al tomar la parte de los huesos se sale quedando la carne, tambien muy sabroso.
