Greetings from Nigeria

Good morning, afternoon, and evening depending on the time you are right now.

This is my first post in this community infact I'm very happy 😁 to be here with you all, so now i want to start by appreciating all the members of the community for their well prepared post and writings infact when i went through some of the post in the community, i was very amazed because all of the were very interesting 🤔 and nice 👍 too.

So today i want to share how i prepared our local light food called (Groundnuts). It is mostly found in Nigeria and distributed to so many states inside the country, infact we really value it here because of it's high protein and other vitamins too that it gives to the body.

The steps of cooking and preparing it is not too difficult, here are the steps;

1)Put a water 💦 in a basin to use for washing the groundnuts and wash it thoroughly with your hands.

2).Wash it out into anything at all like a seive and then put a water 💦 into a pot for cooking the groundnuts with a gas cooker.

3). Add some quantity of salt ( 3 tea spoon) to the pot of groundnut and then cover the pot.

4). Leave the pot on fire until (30 minutes time), and by that time the groundnuts has already boiled enough, you can then use an iron seive to pour it out so that the water 💦 would separate from the groundnuts.

5). Your cooked groundnut are now ready to be served and enjoyed too

So this is how to prepare the cooked groundnuts in our area Nigeria.

All photos were taken by me with my Tecno spark 40 device.

Thanks you all for stopping by my blog.
