Hello, a few weeks ago I went with a group of friends to order Chinese rice, we were looking forward to share something different and also to skip a little of the everyday so we all got together and went to a Chinese food shop that has its own restaurant. I had been there before, but this time we were served directly by the chef who is a very friendly and hardworking Chinese citizen. I was curious because I always enter the restaurant and never appreciate the process of food preparation, which had caught my attention because the diner can see from the outside how they prepare their food.
Hola, hace algunas semanas atrás fui con un grupo de amigos a pedir arroz chino, estábamos con ganas de compartir algo diferente y saltarnos también un poco de lo cotidiano así que entre todos nos reunimos y nos fuimos a una venta de comida china que tiene su propio restaurante. Ya había ido anteriormente, pero esta vez nos atendió directamente el chef el cuál es un ciudadano chino de lo más simpático y trabajador. Yo estaba curiosa porque siempre entro al restaurante y nunca aprecio el proceso de preparación de la comida, cosa que me había llamado la atención porque el comensal puede ver desde afuera como preparan su comida.
I stayed outside this time watching the preparation process of this meal, I did not want to disturb so I stepped aside, then the chef of Chinese origin told me to come closer and if I wanted I could take pictures. Well, that was enough to get my phone and start taking these pictures while I watched the chef preparing this delicious rice, which by the way with a large portion can eat two to three people including a child.
Me quedé afuera esta vez viendo el proceso de preparación de esta comida, no quería molestar así que me hice a un lado, entinces el chef de origen chino me dijo que me acercara y que si queria podría fotografíar. Bueno, eso fue suficiente para buscar mi teléfono y comenzar a tomar estas fotografías mientras observaba con el chef preparaba esta delicia de arroz, que por cierto con una porción grande pueden comer de dos a tres personas incluyendo un niño.
The smells were really a call to the roaring stomachs present and we were all eager to eat, so when the rice was ready and served it didn't take long for the group to devour everything while we shared laughs and anecdotes.
