Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren excelente, en esta nueva publicación les hablare del delicioso enrollado de pollo, pues verán existe en enrollado de carne que normalmente se hace en diciembre este se estira como si fuera un pan de jamón se le coloca jamón, tocineta, aceitunas, alcaparra, queso, perejil, en este caso es igual se tritura el pollo en maquina de moler con los condimentos necesarios hasta que quede una pasta, se estira como pueden observar en las fotos, se pone como base papel aluminio y se le coloca aceite esto para que sea mas fácil de estirar y no se pegue al momento de hornear, en esta oportunidad se le coloco zanahoria, perejil, jamón y queso se llevo al horno por aproximadamente 40 minutos, luego se cortan en rodajas y esta listo para disfrutar es muy sabroso yo la verdad recomiendo que lo hagan en casa le cambia el sabor cotidiano del pollo de una manera increíble, y tu querido lector eres amante de un enrollado de carne o pollo? si deseas dame tu opinión.
