Hola hola gente linda de HIVE ❤️ continúamos con el reto #HiveAroundTheWorld en esta oportunidad quiero compartirles y contarles de una torta muy especial para mí y quizás para muchos en Venezuela, la popular torta burrera, ya en un par de oportunidades les compartí la receta en un par de variables les dejo los enlaces al final del post.

  Está torta es muy especial para mí, cada vez que la preparo recuerdo a mi abuelita y es que cómo no hacerlo si mis primeros pasos en la repostería fueron con ella ❤️ cuando tenía aproximadamente unos 9 años de edad hice mi primera torta con ella a mi lado guiandome y al día de hoy siempre que hago una torta de estas la recuerdo y recuerdo cada consejo, cada enseñanza, tips y secretos para está torta tan tradicional en nuestra cultura.

  Es muy conocido por todos que en Venezuela el celebrar un cumpleaños es algo casi sagrado, una costumbre que desafía y supera incluso a cualquier crisis, a veces uno hace bromas al respecto, que la gente puede estar sin dinero pero siempre hace el esfuerzo para que no falte la tradicional torta y la cantada de cumpleaños.

  En los cumpleaños venezolanos la torta más emblemática que nos vamos a encontrar es la popularmente conocida como "torta burrera" esta es la más tradicional de todas nuestras tortas, aunque lamentablemente siento que muchas reposteras han abandonado la receta original, yo no cambio esta receta por ninguna por muy buena que me digan que sea y mis clientes lo agradecen.

  En cada torta que hago la parte más emocionante es recibir los comentarios, tengo clientes fieles que están como quien dice "casados", el sabor tradicional que ofrezco en esta torta no todos los ofrecen, y este es mi gancho con las tortas no voy a cambiar porque ya estás acostumbrados a encontrar ese sabor tradicional en mis tortas.

  También siento que uno de los secretos de mi tan alabada torta es el amor que le pongo al hacerla, por allí dicen que el amor es uno de los ingredientes más importantes y siento que cada vez que hago está torta me invade ese sentimiento de amor de nieta al recordar y honrar las enseñanzas de mi abuela.

  Con mucho amor hoy les comparto algunas fotitos de mis tortas burreras, algunas se van incluso sin decoración, hay clientes que no les gusta el pegoste de la crema, hay clientes que me las piden sólo para tomar con café, o porque tienen antojo de comer torta, me encanta poder retransmitir por acá está tradicional torta y espero que el haberles compartido mi receta ayude a que está torta tan especial nunca muera, de mi parte no la cambio, seguiré haciendo esta porque así la aman mis clientes y todo el que las prueba, aunque hago muchos otros tipos de tortas está es la más pedida y la más tradicional en mi cocina que me conecta con la cultura venezolana y con mi herencia culinaria familiar y ese amor por consentir a través de cada preparación.

  Hello hello beautiful people of HIVE ❤️ we continue with the challenge #HiveAroundTheWorld in this opportunity I want to share and tell you about a very special cake for me and perhaps for many in Venezuela, the popular torta burrera, already in a couple of opportunities I shared the recipe in a couple of variables I leave the links at the end of the post.

  This cake is very special to me, every time I prepare it I remember my grandmother and how could I not if my first steps in baking were with her ❤️ when I was about 9 years old I made my first cake with her by my side guiding me and today whenever I make a cake like this I remember her and I remember every tip, every teaching, tips and secrets for this cake so traditional in our culture.

  It is well known by all that in Venezuela celebrating a birthday is something almost sacred, a custom that defies and even overcomes any crisis, sometimes one makes jokes about it, that people may be without money but always makes the effort to not miss the traditional cake and the birthday song.

  On Venezuelan birthdays the most emblematic cake that we are going to find is the popularly known as "torta burrera" this is the most traditional of all our cakes, although unfortunately I feel that many confectioners have abandoned the original recipe, I do not change this recipe by any very good that I say it is and my customers appreciate it.

  In every cake I make the most exciting part is to receive the comments, I have loyal customers who are as they say "married", the traditional flavor that I offer in this cake not everyone offers, and this is my hook with the cakes I will not change because you are already used to find that traditional flavor in my cakes.

  I also feel that one of the secrets of my much praised cake is the love I put into making it, they say that love is one of the most important ingredients and I feel that every time I make this cake I get that feeling of granddaughterly love when I remember and honor my grandmother's teachings.

  With much love today I share with you some pictures of my burreras cakes, some of them go even without decoration, there are customers who do not like the sticky cream, there are customers who ask me just to take them with coffee, or because they have a craving for cake, I love to broadcast here this traditional cake and I hope that having shared my recipe will help this special cake never die, I won't change it, I will continue to make this cake because my clients and everyone who tries it love it, although I make many other types of cakes this is the most requested and the most traditional in my kitchen that connects me with the Venezuelan culture and with my family culinary heritage and that love for pampering through each preparation.
