I just felt some type of guilt when I saw your title 😅, right now, I think I consume junk more than I consume actual food. Not coz I'm addicted, but for the fact that they're easy to make and also access and somehow less expensive.
But like you said, some of these things catch up with us when we grow older.
This is a secret; I intentionally take loads of sugar whenever I'm drinking custard coz I feel I don't drink it everyday so taking a lot of it shouldn't cause too much harm hehe.
But that first picture looks really healthy, what did you cook?
