A Morning Walk and Everyday Life Moments / Un Paseo Matutino y Momentos de la Vida Cotidiana
Good morning to those on this side of the world—it's 6:15 a.m. I just came back from a walk with my dog Kora. While I write this short summary of my photos from today, I’m actually using voice dictation in my notes—it makes things a bit easier. I express myself better speaking, though people look at me strangely on the street because they see me talking to myself. But with the hands-free option, it’s become normal.
A bit about my work today: I try to show everyday life in my city. There are three photos that capture some of the connectivity we have now; often, someone’s hand or phone sneaks into the frame on buses or at work. I also enjoyed playing with shapes I find on the street and slightly blurring them, like railings. I’ve learned a lot about capturing details from friends in the community, and I’m really enjoying this type of photography. I even captured myself in some mirrors, which I still don’t know the purpose of—I jokingly theorize they are hidden cameras.
Here’s a glimpse of my day yesterday. I hope you enjoy it, and that everyone is doing well as we push through the last days of the year. Sending good vibes and energy to all!

Un Paseo Matutino y Momentos de la Vida Cotidiana / A Morning Walk and Everyday Life Moments
Buenos días para los que están por este lado del mundo: son las 6:15 a.m. Acabo de regresar de un paseo con mi perrita Kora. Mientras escribo este pequeño resumen de mis fotos de hoy, estoy usando el dictado de notas, lo que me facilita un poco las cosas. Me expreso mejor hablando, aunque la gente me mira extraño en la calle porque me ve hablando solo. Con la opción de manos libres, ya se ha vuelto normal.
Un poco de mi trabajo de hoy: trato de mostrar el día a día de mi ciudad. Hay tres fotos que reflejan un poco la conectividad que tenemos; muchas veces, una mano o un celular se cuela en la foto, en micros o en el trabajo. También disfruté jugar con las formas que encuentro en la calle y desenfocarlas un poco, como las barandas. He aprendido mucho sobre capturar detalles gracias a amigos de la comunidad, y me está gustando mucho este tipo de fotos. Incluso me reflejé en algunos espejos, de los que aún no sé para qué sirven; mi teoría conspiradora es que son cámaras escondidas.
Les comparto un poco de mi día de ayer. Espero que sea de su agrado y que todos estén bien, dándole duro a los últimos días del año. ¡Buenas vibras y energías para todos!
