Hello my lovely asean hive community,
Welcome back from my foodie new blog. How are you guys? Is everything Ok? I hope everything is ok. It's been a while since I shared any recipes or dessert recipes these days. So today I thought I'd share a dessert recipe. Usually I share recipes for Burmese desserts. However, today I will share not a Burmese dessert. Today I will share an Indian Dessert Semiya Payasam.

I made a lot of it today because I wanted to give it to my family and neighbors. Most people make Semiya Payasam in a liquid soup form, but today I made a solid version. The ingredients I used are listed below.
🍰ingredients🍰

- romali samain
- sugar
- condensed milk
- a little salt
- dry grapes
- Cashew nuts
- winter melon candy

First I cut the dry grapes, cashew nuts and winter melon candy into small pieces.
Step-1

I put a little sugar and condensed milk in the same pot as usual. I also added a little oil and a little salt. The reason I added the oil was to prevent it from sticking.
Step-2

Then I added a little water as shown in the picture. Then I mixed everything together and heated it up.
Step-3

Once the heated liquid has boiled, I add the romali samain. When I add the romali samain, I break it into small pieces and add it.
Step-4

Then I mixed everything together. When the romali samain was soft, I added the chopped dry grapes, cashew nuts and winter melon candy.
Step-5

Then mix everything together. Heat until the romali samain changes color.
Step-6

Then I put all of that in a container and refrigerate it.

Once it has cooled, you can cut it into any shape you want.

I ate this with coconut. The most important thing to get a solid consistency is not to add too much water. That's all for today. Thank you for reading my post to the end.
