I left very early in the morning to cover a community event in Bekasi, so I didn't have time to eat. I traveled for about 1.5 hours by commuter train, and when I arrived, the event hadn't started yet. Since it was already lunchtime, I decided to grab lunch before starting my work. The food stalls didn't have many options, so I chose this one Japanese restaurant.
It was Gokana: Ramen & Tepan.
I had a craving for teriyaki chicken. I'd already imagined its deliciousness when I saw the menu. After much deliberation, I finally chose the Teppan Set and Matcha Coffee Machiato. I was really craving matcha that day.

I chose this Teppan Set because it had the perfect combination—chicken, vegetables, rice, salad, and fried food. It was a large portion—which I didn't finish. I took home three of the fried food while still having plenty of rice left over. As for the chicken and vegetables, I finished them all. It was a delicious combination. You can get this large portion for a pretty cheap price. This was my first time trying Gokana's Teppan Set. I'd never been to this Japanese restaurant before.

Matcha Coffee Latte
For my drink, I ordered matcha because I was really into matcha at the time. I'd been craving matcha from various restaurants for a week, and I was thrilled to try it at this Japanese restaurant. This was a new variant for me. It was a bit unique with the coffee sprinkled on top. However, the green color seemed more muted than matcha from other places.

As for the taste, it turns out this Matcha Coffee Machiato isn't any better than the Matcha I've tried before. For the same price, this Matcha is quite expensive. I think one sip is enough.
