Hello ASEAN Buddies...
Lunch is a menu that confuses me every day. Sometimes you don't want to eat, but you have to eat anyway to avoid problems that will complicate your day. At least, that's how I always feel. Especially if you have trouble chewing, sometimes I think it's better to just not eat. However, that shouldn't be ignored because I have to move from one place to another that day, so I need energy.
So, among the many tenants in the PIK Avaneu food court, I chose the 1868 Curry House tenant because I was craving curry. I wanted to enjoy the delicious broth. There are several choices of curry there, namely Indian curry, Singaporean curry, Japanese curry, and Indonesian curry. I chose the Japanese curry menu because I thought it would suit my palate. So I chose the Chicken Katsu Curry menu.
Chicken Katsu with Japanese Curry
This Chicken Katsu has a simple combination, namely rice and chicken with a side dish of sliced cabbage and pieces of carrot and potato in the curry. It was a very large menu for me. I was worried and afraid I wouldn't be able to finish it.

Yes, in the end I couldn't finish the rice because I couldn't chew properly. So I left a large portion of rice, the important thing was that my stomach was filled with rice, it would add a little energy. As for the Chicken Katsu, yes I also left some, but I had finished the curry sauce and the pieces of potato and carrot. Even the sliced cabbage was gone.

But what I love most about this 1868 Curry House tenant is how they serve their food. Not on plates, but on a Teflon pan. Yes, I know that's not the Teflon pan used for cooking, but the idea of serving it on a Teflon pan is brilliant. I've only experienced it this time. When I showed it to my friend, he said as a joke—why am I eating directly from the Teflon pan, and I replied by saying—so I don't have to bother washing dishes, so I can just eat directly from the Teflon pan.
Today's lunch was Supercalifragilisticexpilidocious!
How about your lunch buddies?

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
