That steamed meal made the day. That's a healthier way to prepare the meal. We can avoid grease and oil to consume food in a much healthier way. For fish, I usually grill if I want to avoid oil. I often steam veggies but never tried steaming fish. Thanks for the idea, I will try this at home.

Yeah same. As at home there's older and they seldom eat oily and greasy food. So neither boiled or steamed is the best choice. You should try. Steamed fish egg is nice too.
