hello @kriang3teejoe I love this recipe! I haven't tried this before, but we have been growing cucumbers for several years. We even harvested around 200 kilos each harvest, usually for commercial purposes and we have an abundant supply at home. I have tried different recipes with cucumber, but mostly salad or sautéed. I have also added cucumber to the sour soup, it's good. I find this clear soup interesting, and I want to try. Thank you for sharing. 💜
