Friends, Happy Saturday everyone.
The day started off cloudy but after a while the skies cleared and it was sunny. The warmth of the sun was a bit high today but that too did not last for long. But after some time the sky again became cloudy and it rained a lot after noon today. The amount of rain was very high, which is called Jum rain.

Today I will share with you a delicious recipe. In this recipe I used Heteropneustes Fish just like I used Spinach. Of course, I added a bit of broth to the recipe. Because our recipes are very dry and have less amount of broth. These fish look a bit different but the taste level is very high, I like the taste very much.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Heteropneustes Fish
- Spinach
- Onions
- Chilli
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-



First, I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil, then fried the onions lightly.



Then add raw chillies and then all the spices along with ginger garlic paste.



Then I gave light water to grind the spices, after grinding, I gave small Heteropneustes fish.



Cooked like this for some time, then I took the Heteropneustes fish from the spices.



Then I mixed the spinach with spices and covered it with a lid.



Then I removed the lid, put the fishes that were kept up and then cooked for some more time and took it down for serving.


Today's flavor is Heteropneustes Fish with Spinach recipe ready to serve.
