Happy Sunday, @hivers! For today's walk, I would love to share my activities because it's Sunday. We go to church with my daughter and my niece together.
We ride a "tricycle"; that's the transportation here. We leave at 4:30 PM because the mass starts at 5 PM, and we have a 10-minute ride from our house to the church. We also decided to go to Dali store after church because my niece wants to buy some ice pops and food. We need to go back home early because I didn't prepare food for our dinner yet.
After the mass, it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, so we finish at 5:30 PM. Since Dali is near the church, we walk from church to Dali store. After buying food, we go to the market to buy some meat and vegetables because the meat there is cheap. After shopping, we finally go home.
When I'm home, I prepare food for our dinner, so I make 'Law.Oy' food. This consists of all vegetables because my partner wants this kind of food, so I prepared it for him. The ingredients are eggplant, lady's finger, moringa, tomato, onion, some spinach, and lemongrass. I also make my own recipe for pork steak. I'm not good at cooking, but my husband likes it.
I'm happy because I serve my family; I cook for them. I can also give time to them. I can cook simple food for them so that we can eat together, especially at dinner, because of work. On Sundays, I can give time to the Lord who gives us life, and I am thankful for everyday food and life. I hope I can do this again next Sunday.
That's all for today. Thank you, and God bless us all! Happy Sunday, and thank you for stopping just to read my blog.
