I am very very curious with that torch ginger, first time hearing that. I didn't see ginger on the rice so I had to look it up on google. I saw something reddish on the rice and its the color of this pretty flowers I saw on google, an ornamental plant. But omg, it can be a spices too? You know, Mommy D often brought some of that at home from her sister's garden. She would display it in front of her store and it is really pretty. Really like a torch. I didn't know it is edible 🤔😲, such an amazing discovery. And looks like u really enjoy the meal. I mean, they really look good 🤤💃✨🎶
