        😔❣i felt sorry for you but of course mom's health is more important.. we should choose carefully for the food we take specially for the family members who has health problem.

              Yep, at dahil nga matigas ulo, kani nalang mag-aadust po. Tofu pa naman is so good in any dish, I mish eating spicy tokwa and baboy, that's one of my favorite. Both bawal din to the oldies 🙉🤧
