I sleepy could come back home soonest. That was a very sad part that dog meat is consumable. Here in the Philippines it is not allowed. So many establishment here are pet friendly like malls. You can bring your pet with you while you would do shopping.
Oh I thought it was allowed in your country. I am happy to hear that it isn't. I looked it up and it was banned in 1988. Prior to that Philippines was actually quite famous (for all the wrong reasons) about how they would prepare the dog in a most brutal fashion. Apparently there are some people out there that believe if a dog dies in a horrible and stressed out way that the meat tastes better. What a bunch of sickos.
