As the late night approach, the vibes begins. Featuring savory after dark as lights are on for these street vendor which sell beside the street aka street food in Thailand. Allow me to bring you on for these amazing street food.
When during the late night, usually the street is kinda quiet as locals already heading back home from work. Which left the busy street free during these late night hour.
Apparently, there is some part of the soi in Thai(street) which is still having the party there. Which attracts a lot late night hopper for their best selling food to fill up the empty stomach.
Well as for a foodie like me, couldn't resist the aroma of deep fry of it. Your nose knows even from blocks away which telling you i'm there for you tonight.
Locals like grills. So do grills meatballs in many types. From sausages to squid too using gas stove for more stable and faster process.
Not only that they offers other menu as well. Such as pork knuckle rice and cook upon order food too.
So what about me? I couldn't resist the crispy golden aroma fried chicken and grilled squid for my tummy during the late night.
Paired with sticky rice, is the best match I must say. Which it balanced out and fill up even more for your stomach especially you're hungry. You gotta eat it smoky hot for the fried chicken as that's the best part of it. Crispy juicy with tender of the meat. That's heaven food.
