
Greetings and Good day hivers. Is been a long time since I last cooked and I thought it would be best to do it again now. Let me show you some of the process during my cook so that you can give it a try if you want. Let's go folks.
First as you can see from the pic, you'll need some chicken bone for the soup base. Which I bought entire chicken bone and with some pandan leaf for more aromatic taste. Leave it for boiled. the longer you boiled it the more taste and flavorful it will be.

Key ingredients for the sauce. Chilli, garlic, ginger and coriander root (why root? Because the root itself taste salty and fragrance)

Put all in and give them a good pounce. Until it become minced and break like this.

Then add black soy sauce, Soy bean paste, ajinomoto and the secret is chicken soup. As chicken soup carry aromatic taste from your chicken which will enhanced the taste of sauce as well.

Lastly, give chicken meat or pork meat some chopping and you're ready to go. Soup wise I boiled it more than 1 hours for more aroma and softness for white carrot itself. Rice wise is also recommend to use chicken soup as well for more shiny beautiful appetising.
