After get home, I cooked minced pork veges soup for my family which I got it earlier from the market.
Ingredient such as cucumber, egg tofu, vermicelli and minced pork is all you need. Easy, refreshing and is fast to prepare. Highly suitable for person which don't feel like eating rice and this got you covered.
After meal, I got Bua Loy (A popular Thai dessert made of glutinous rice flour balls cooked with sweet coconut milk. The rice balls are often colorful, and is known for its soft, chewy texture with coconut milk. It's the same as Chinese dessert name Tangyuan 汤圆
