- Hello from Thailand, everyone! 😊 Who here likes to eat mushrooms? We have many popular types of mushrooms here, each with a unique taste, aroma, and texture. And there are a wide variety of dishes you can make with mushrooms. For mushrooms that are firm, flavorful, and well-suited for stir-frying, grilling, frying, or baking, I think Eryngii mushrooms are perfect for dishes like these. So today, I'm using them to make a crispy fried snack. Let's make it together, here's how.

🍄🟫 Ingredients
- Eryngii Mushroom, 200 grams
- Crispy frying flour 3 tablespoons
- Eggs, 1 eggs
- Black pepper, a small amount
- Chili powder, 1 tablespoon
- Paprika powder, 1 tablespoon
- Oil for frying
- Salt, a small amount
- Parsley (for garnish), a small amount

🫕 Instructions
- Cut the white part of the Eryngii Mushroom into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the crispy frying flour, eggs, black pepper, salt and chili powder.

- Mix until the ingredients are well combined into a uniform batter.

- Dip the cut mushrooms into the batter mixture, coating them evenly.

- Heat oil in a pan until hot and bubbling. Carefully add the battered mushrooms and fry until crispy and cooked through on both sides.

- Once done, remove the mushrooms and let them drain on a paper towel or rack to remove excess oil.

- Serve the crispy fried breaded king oyster mushrooms on a plate. Sprinkle with black pepper, paprika powder, and a little parsley for garnish.

- I love the flavor, texture, and overall deliciousness of these fried breaded King Oyster mushrooms. The mushrooms are thick, with a slight crispness, tender and juicy on the inside, not dry and crispy on the outside from the batter coating. The flavor is well-rounded with a mild spiciness.

- They're perfect as a bite-sized snack. It's an easy recipe worth trying.Thank you for stopping by.🤗
