Oh, sisig is typically made of minced parts of pork's head (cheeks, ears, brain), liver spread and cooked on a sizzling plate with lots of onion with chili, lime, and a freshly cracked egg. What I made on my post is the other version of sisig because I can't imagine eating a brain. Lol.
