everyone, I'm back shopping at Toko Daging Nusantara. This time, I bought meat protein and some vegetables. I also calculated the price of vegetables sold by the traveling vegetable seller. What did I buy this time?
Last month, I complained that this place was not complete. This time, I complained a little if the price of beef increased by about 20 percent. Quite high from the usual price. This is because demand increases along with Eid al-Fitr. In Indonesia, there is Eid al-Fitr, where some houses cook menus using beef.

What did I buy? One chicken, I asked to be cut into 12 pieces. I bought fresh chicken, so it could be cut. Then, I bought beef. For, I'm confused about what to make of beef. Usually, it is just cooked grilled as an additional protein.
I also bought vegetables, such as lettuce, green mustard, carrots, potatoes and some cooking spices. Oh yeah, chicken skin is available here. Last month, I wanted to buy chicken skin. Chicken skin is a must-buy every month. Because from chicken skin, I always make secret spices for all dishes.

There is only one more thing missing, ground chicken. Ground chicken is the basic ingredient for making dim sum or dumplings. In the previous grocery, I often bought ground chicken. I am used to making my own dim sum. This is my way of controlling my protein intake. It can also be used as a snack at home.

This month's total shopping has increased slightly from the usual budget. This time, I did not buy the total for a month. Vegetables do not last long in the refrigerator. In total, the vegetables I bought could only last two weeks. The rest, I bought the next supply from the traveling vegetable seller.
This month, I did not cook kimchi. So, I did not buy some of the equipment for making kimchi. I am a little bored with the taste of kimchi. The advantage is that kimchi can last a month, so my vegetable stock feels safe with kimchi. That's all I can tell you about this grocery shopping. See you again.
