Deep fried tofu with stir-fried minced pork Chinese style.

Hello everyone.

Today I have a delicious menu to present, which is minced pork and tofu. It's an easy menu to make and kids love it too. Recently, I've had the opportunity to cook a variety of menus. But this menu is quite popular with everyone in the house because it's a menu that adults can eat and children can eat well. And the ingredients are not difficult. Let's take a look at the ingredients first.

1. 1 piece of soft tofu, this is tofu made from beans.

2. 2 eggs

3. 200 grams of ground pork

4. 150 grams of carrots

5. 3-4 shiitake mushrooms

6. 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic

7. 2 tablespoons of corn starch

8. 100 grams of vegetable oil

  1. 1 sprig of coriande

Next is the preparation of the ingredients... Wash all the vegetables. Then start by chopping the pork finely and set aside on a plate. Marinate the pork with seasoning powder and cornstarch until tender. Then cut the carrots into small pieces, followed by thinly sliced shiitake mushrooms and cut coriander into short pieces for sprinkling on top as the last step. Next, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until fluffy. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and arrange on a plate and pour the prepared eggs over the tofu plate until they cover it. Finally, finely chop the garlic and set aside. Now let's start the cooking process. Then, heat a pan over the heat and add oil.
Use medium heat, fry the garlic until fragrant and yellow. Then add the pork and stir-fry. I'll add a little oyster sauce here. When the pork is cooked through, add the carrots and mushrooms. This time, I'll turn the heat up high and fan the pan to create a fragrant aroma. I'll continue to stir and add a little water until I'm sure the vegetables are starting to cook, then I'll add water as needed. Once everything has thickened, I'll start to season it with a little seasoning powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and ground pepper. Once I taste it and it's to my liking, I'll dissolve cornstarch in water and pour it into the pan. Stir until the flour starts to cook, then sprinkle with coriander. It's done.

This time, let's fry the tofu. Heat a pan with oil, just like you're frying an omelet. Instead of waiting for the oil to get very hot, add the marinated tofu and fry over low heat to cook the tofu and turn the egg a golden brown, making it even more delicious. Once the tofu is cooked through on both sides, scoop it onto a plate and pour the stir-fried pork on top. It's ready to serve.
