Cauliflower is a green and white attractive vegetable. Which is really delicious to eat. This vegetable contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. This cauliflower can reduce weight along with digestive power and increases immunity. Of course, encourage your family to eat fresh vegetables. The aroma of this wonderful vegetable increases your energy as soon as it hits your nose. However, you can add potatoes to various vegetables. Potatoes contribute to the nutritious digestive power. It is definitely important to eat vegetables once a day for the health of the family.

Not all vegetables are available everywhere in different parts of the world. In our Bangladesh, vegetable vendors sell fresh vegetables every day in three-wheeled vans. I especially encourage myself to choose fresh vegetables when I go to buy them.

Here, I have peeled and cleaned the onion, green chili, garlic, and potatoes thoroughly and placed them in a bowl.

I'm only interested in collecting the white flowers here, discarding the cauliflower data, because the cauliflower data is very hard.

Here I have cleaned the coriander leaves nicely and cut the cauliflower into nice sized pieces with a knife.

Then I cut the potatoes, onions, and garlic into nice sizes. Then I washed all the ingredients with clean water. Then I added a little soybean oil to the pan and fried the ingredients, including the onions and peppers.

Then, using a sufficient amount of yellow cumin salt, I mixed all the ingredients well and made it a light reddish color.

Here first I put the potatoes in the pan. And lightly fried them and mixed them. Then I put the cauliflower and coriander leaves in the pan and mixed them again. Then I added 200 grams of water. And mixed them again using powdered spices.

Then I covered it for ten minutes. I opened the lid, mixed it well again, and covered it again for five minutes.

Next, mix well and reduce the heat on the stove to low and cook the vegetables for five minutes. We can also cook vegetables with two ingredients.

Then, when the water dries up, we will know that our food is done. So, let's follow the final step.
