Good Morning, everyone.. what’s up everyone? I am going to bring you to a Japanese Restaurant here in Miri that serves really good sushi. This restaurant has been in business for a decade. This restaurant is near my house and it is quite popular. Usually, a lot of people come here for dinner as well as lunch. So, getting a table sometimes can be an issue.

At times, when we are having a stressful time, it is good to just go to a nearby restaurant and enjoy some food there. Food that is good for the soul. You are what you eat.

Aoki Japanese Restaurant

Recently, this restaurant has done some rennovation to have it look more modern. One of my favourite dishes here is their Soft Shell Craft fried rice. Getting some sushi on my plate.

Wasabi in the plate. This small little patch of Wasabi looks innocent but it is what makes the whole sushi experience amazing.

My wife is ordering the sushi. From my view, I think if they can at times have more promotion and new menu items, it would be a great add on for customers.

The menu - The best type of menu is the type where clear photos of the food is show. So you know what exactly your ordering. You can also compare the photo of the food with the food served .

A bowl of ramen in their special curry soup. This is a nice dish as it can warm the belly. This is a dish that is highly recommended if you want something warm for the day.

Some of the ingredients added in are fried tempura, fungus, seaweed.

I ordered the Salmon Bento. Complete meal with everything I want in a plate of Bento meal.

One big piece of fried salmon. Rice. Salmon Sahimi with rice and some soup. This is nice and here at this restaurant, it is not too expensive and it cost around 6 USD where as in other restaurants here in Miri, the price of a normal bento could be three times higher.

Fried Mushroom

The French Fries replacement. If you crave for french fries, this is one dish to order. Each mushroom is fried till it is crispy and it is delicious and crunchy.

After a nice meal here, it was time to pay the cashier. The cashier is a young lady who has been working here for a long time. So she knows everything in this shop quite well.

They have renovated the restaurant to make it more modern. I would highly recommend you to eat here if you crave for some sushi, as the food here is affordable and of high quality. Then, the customer service is good. The only downside is that the menu variety can get slightly repetitive if you eat here often. But overall, this is a nice place to eat at.
