Whenever my mom goes to the market to buy ingredients for our meals for the week, tofu is always on her list, so as the cook in the house, I need to think about what recipe to cook the one recipe on my mind is sisig tofu, but we ate it often so to change the game what if I make a patties out of it, this is more healthier it has a lot of veggies mix with it. Does it sound good to you? You wanna try it? It is good that my family likes it.

- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Bell Pepper
- 3 Carrots
- 4 Red Onion
- 1 Bulb Garlic
- Block Tofu
- 1 Can Tuna
- 5 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 2 tbsp Umami Seasoning
- tsp of Ground Pepper
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp of Cornstarch
- 1 cup of Cooking Oil
Let's Cook!
Prepping The Ingredients:
I peel off the veggies first, and then I am going to use a food processor to mince all the veggies.
I process them one by one, do not process them all at once because that will be a disaster LOL.
Then, for the last one, I process the tofu.
Mix it into the veggies.
And then I added a can of tuna.
I mix it until well combined.
Adding Flavors:
I added 4 tbsp of soy sauce.
Then I added 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
Then I added a tablespoon of parsley.
I added 2 tbsp of umami seasoning.
After that, I added a teaspoon of ground pepper.
Then I crack one egg and mix it well.
After that, I added 5 tbsp of cornstarch.
Frying Time:
In a hot pan, I added 1 cup of cooking oil.
To make it look more like patties, I used a 1/3 cup measuring cup.
Carefully press the mixture to shape it like patties, and then let it cook.
Let it cook until this color and then I place it on the side of the pan to let the excess oil drip down. Do the process again and again until all the mixture is cooked.
After that, I plated and served. You can choose whichever dipping sauce you want.
