There is a wing bean Isaan dish called "Yum Tua Poo" and I had it for years and absolutely loved it. It isn't terribly common. But the reason why your post is so special to me is because while I have eaten quite a few wing beans I have never actually seen a picture of them in the wild before.. haha. Thanks!
