They are probably throwaway chefs from Italy that couldn't make it in their own country and that is why they are doing it here now.

They are shaming their country, knowing people like Italian food and taking advantage of it. Word gets out fast though and they can put a lock on the door.

        everyone sells pasta, even places that don't really have anything to do with Italian food. Does KFC sell pasta in your country? There are lost of pasta options here.

              Selling pasta is one thing, pretending to be genuine Italian restaurant and selling bad food is another.
